EXPIREMENTING/ 2

It’s the best feeling when I see something and it instantly sparks new ideas. It’s seeing the right thing at the right time. I was watching the Dior runway show, and saw this dress walk out, I thought WOW, that would make a gorgeous illustration with a tulle overlay… so I bought some and started playing around…

I love the contrast between the fabric and the sketch…

I made a tulle skirt with a bow to attach to a quick line sketch… it adds so much interest!

I also lined the bottom edge of the skirt with glitter… of course!

I can’t wait to experiment further. Sometimes you just need that new spark to your work, and I think I’ve found it for the moment!
