TIM WALKER MAGIC

you know those people that just have magic written all over their work? tim walker is one of them, which is why i had to illustrate his fairy girl. and my favorite part about this girl… how her feet and hands are positioned so elegantly and perfectly.

p.s. so so happy you guys enjoyed the watercolor tutorial below. definitely going to make it a regular post!

wow!! the tutorial was great…and it was funny because after reading it… i went to my illustration class and we discussed how to mix true black. it’s was nice repetition! only we were talking about colored pencils. color is color! i threw some cyan and yellow in my black in illustrator too. woo.

Thank you so much. You are a great help and inspiration. I have not liked the colors coming straight from the tube. Are there some other combinations you can share? I am having trouble getting blues that are not all aqua. Need help!
